A while back, I made a few Polished Stone alcohol ink backgrounds. Today I have a quick share of a card I made using one.
I used Just for Fun's Botanical Fern stamp. I made a simple background with an embossing folder and framed with a green cardstock.
Thanks so much for stopping by during this busy summer season! Have a wonderful day!

Beautiful! Do you have a tutorial on your technique?
Not tried this technique but it looks fabulous x Love the texture of the white embossed layer against it x
That technique really looks pretty and I love it against that stark white background!
WOW, that is a gorgeous piece for sure.
Hi Heidi, a stunning card, love the embossing folder and the pretty paper you created... have a wonderful week... Megan
Wow those polished stone pieces look gorgeous Heidi. Very unique.
Beautiful card, great technique! Kisses, my friend.
Beautiful, love the colors you used for the polish stone, ferns are always pretty! Great touch with the embossed background to frame it!
Polished stone! There's something I haven't seen in quite some time. I really like this with the rich colors and the ferns. It work so well.
Oh, Heidi, this is beautiful, and I love the background with the fern! It's a gorgeous color and has a wonderful textured feel to it. Love the embossing with the mat. Beautifully done, sweet friend! Hugs!
Sorry I do not, it is a standard alcohol ink on glossy paper technique, not anything I made up special. I just keep pouncing the alcohol ink on until I like how it looks. Mine tend to get dark because of that.
Really lovely look and lots of texture on this card.
Stunning!
