Hello! Thank you for visiting today. I am not sure if my blog reader is working correctly, there haven't been as many posts as usual and I feel like I might be missing some. If I haven't come to visit you lately, leave me a comment. Hopefully that will clear up soon!
I have a very clean and simple card today. I used three colors of Distress Oxide - Wilted Violet, Salty Ocean and Peacock Feathers - today to stamp this pretty peacock feather. I knew that these would look great on colored cardstock. I know that Tim Holtz recommended not contaminating the inkpads this way, but I have not had any problem with it. If another color gets on the inkpad, I just wipe it right off with a baby wipe.
Supplies: Just for Fun Rubber stamps Peacock Feather, Just a Note wordblock, Distress Oxide Ink Wilted Violet, Salty Ocean, Peacock Feathers, Versafine black ink, Avery Elle Wonky Stitched Rectangles die, cardstock and embellishments from my stash.
Have a wonderful day!

Good to know that the inks don't contaminate., Such a clean, crisp and beautiful CAS card x
This notecard is so pretty! I love the colours of ink and the pretty feather. That wonky stitched die is amazing!
The mixture of the colors looks fabulous on the feather, I have seen others on video's just swiping their ink pads onto a scrap piece of paper to clean them off and looks like it works ok, I forgot to do that the other day I will have to go back and check them :(
I too have noticed there aren't as many notices, but I was thinking people are busy, maybe I should go check too :)
This is a real CAS beauty and I love the colors!
Maybe people are just busy!
Wowza, this is one fabulous card. It is so pretty with all the colours you have used. This would make a beautiful mass produced card.
You picked three fabulous colors for this feather Heidi, it's a gorgeous combo.
