No Coloring Christmas Card

If you are not going to color an image, I think it often looks nice stamped in navy blue.  I used distress ink, then spritzed the stamp very lightly with water and stamped onto regular ivory cardstock.

This one will probably get duplicated with different bows and papers.

Supplies:

Stampendous Fireside Ivy Stamp
Distress ink Chipped Sapphire
My Mind's Eye Signature Christmas Paper
Bow and twine from my stash

This project will be entered into the following challenge(s):

  6. I've never tried a non-colored image before, but I do like it done in navy! That pretty gingham bow is the perfect accent embellishment to dress up this image too! NJ!

  8. This is a lovely stamp (and I found a similar one at Michaels on sale over the Christmas holidays - so was very happy to see your treatment on this card). It really does look so lovely & vintage in the blue shade you chose to stamp with, & the tiny country check bow was just the perfect accent to complete the mood of this very pretty card. TFS & joining in at Rudy Day #2. Happy wkend.
