I have been doing a lot of experimenting recently with watercolor backgrounds. I haven't made many completed projects, but it has been fun to play around with my pan watercolors. The project I am sharing today is one that I wanted to make after I felt I had the hand of the Ombre look.
I did heat emboss my stamped images first on the watercolor paper and then did the Ombre technique with watercolors. The basic idea is to add concentrated color where you want it, and then continue to blend it out with more and more water.
Supplies: Gina K Designs Sending Love Stamp set, Versamark ink, Versafine Ink, Recollections White Detail Embossing powder, Gina K Passionate Pink cardstock, Koi Watercolors

Hello Heidi, I popped over from Darnell's blog and have been wandering through your cards enjoying myself immensely. I particularly loved this ombre watercolour card, it is a stunner and I shall be trying this out myself at some point (we never have enough hours do we?)
