Hello and Happy Easter! Today I have a card to share for Just for Fun’s April challenge. The theme is Spring Flowers!
In the spring, I start to think about gardening, and I especially like the flowers that grow all on their own in my yard, like these little violets. The image was stamped in dark brown and colored with pencils. The ivory panel was also stamped with flowers in a light beige ink.
Supplies: Just for Fun Rubber Stamps Violet Botanical, Flora and Fauna unmounted sheet, Thank You stamp, Gina K Dark Chocolate ink, Hero Arts Soft Sand Ink, cardstock from my stash.
I hope you will hop on over to the JFF blog to participate this month! You can play along, and be eligible to win a gift certificate to the JFF store, even if you don’t use JFF stamps!
Thanks for stopping by!

I always enjoyed seeing these in the Spring too! I got lots of bouquets of them mixed with dandelions from my kids every Spring. I love the card you made using that image. It sure brings back memories.
I like the 'flora and fauna notebook' look of this.
Hi Heidi, a cute image, love the little beetles you have added. We had violets come up in little cracks along our drive, no idea where they came from... Have a wonderful week... Megan
Lovely spring card. I love violets and just love yours. Adding bugs is an interesting, and unique, thing to add.
so pretty, like the bugs along with the flowers, isn't that how it goes :) we had some violets that grew along our driveway in the grass last year, hubby kept trying to get out of mowing by saying are you sure you want me to mow over those pretty flowers
