I used some OLD stamps from Gina K called Whimsical Spring and also an OLD sentiment set from Hero Arts.
I inked the leaves up with three colors of Distress Oxide - Bundled Sage, Scattered Straw and Peeled Paint. I then used a damp paintbrush to add water to the ink to smooth it out a little. I sponged the edge with the lighter green and splattered some of the darker green all over the panel.
I like how it turned out!
Thanks for stopping by today! We had a ton of rain from the storm but no damage and we do still have power. A lot of people have flooded houses, and there were several tornados, so we are very lucky!

Great technique and such a beautiful result Heidi!
Really beautiful with those colors and leaf design.
Very pretty card.
Glad to hear you didn't have any damage. We live in Florida and we thought we were going to get a LOT of rain and got none. We were very fortunate. [Bunny]
