Hello! I hope you are enjoying your weekend.
This past year, I made more Christmas cards in November and December than in past years. It was a bit overwhelming, so this year, I hope to get many more Christmas cards done throughout the year. If I did ~5 a month, I would be comfortably ready to send them out after Thanksgiving this year.
I won this stamp recently, so it was the perfect choice for my first Christmas card of 2020!
I simply colored the image (House Mouse Sharing a Sip) in with alcohol markers and added flocking to the hats! I love white flocking on winter hats!
I would love to enter House Mouse & Friends Challenge - Anything Goes/Optional Christmas, Cute Card Thursday - Anything Goes, SimonSaysStamp’s Wednesday Challenge - Something New, and WordArtWednesday’s Challenge - Anything Goes.
Thank you for your visit today!

Happy New Year to you Heidi, and what a wonderful card, sweet image and fabulous design, great colouring too Kate x x
A wonderful card design and such a cute House Mouse image. I love the way you colored the image too.
Adorable!! Love the flocking on the hats. The red base looks great with the touch of red on the image. Smart to get started now to avoid the time crunch later.
This is really cute! I love the flocking on the hats. Wonderful coloring. Thanks for joining the House Mouse and Friends challenge! xx
Heidi, you lucky duck, winning that stamp! You have coloured it up beautifully, too. I have some fun flock, I need to get it out and play. My 2020 Christmas card goal is 5-8 per month and I'm already behind, just finished my first one. Oh well! xoxo
House mouse stamps are so adorable. You coloured it so well. Congratulations on your win!
That's a very cute stamp you won, and you colored it beautifully! I love the flocking on the hats and the different colors of the mice! Good luck with your stash in 2020!

Such a sweet image, Heidi, and you colored it beautifully! Your card is sure to bring a smile!
They are too cute and I love the flocking you added to the hats, great touch!!
I think that is what I figured I would have to make too in order to have enough, we will see how that goes :)
Darling card Heidi. Love the image and the colored card base. Best of luck with your goal. I too had too many to make at years end. We'll see if I manage it better this year.
This is absolutely precious Heidi!! I adore that image and congrats on your win! I agree with you on the Christmas card making! I try to do some of it throughout the year, but they tend to be highly detailed and then I find that I won't mail them out, so I hurry and make flat ones...so it's good that you're keeping them flat! :) HUGS
Super adorable image and a cute little scene x.
Hi Heidi, a super first card for Christmas to kick start your stash, I always plan on making more during the year, but some how always end up making more in the last weeks of November and early December too.. Have a wonderful week... Megan
Congrats on yet another win! This is so sweet and beautifully colored. I have been on a HM kick lately-I have so many and they need to get used! Love this fun card- and best of luck with your goal!
This is darling! I love the way you color your mice, and the flocking on the hat is perfect. I always have so much trouble making mine look good that I generally don't use it. I'm going to try again. Thanks for sharing.
