Potted Plant Trio Card

This card is made without a sentiment.  I have been leaving them off the card front more and more so I can use the card for what I need when I need it.

Supplies:

Gina K Designs Plant Trio stamp duo
Hero Arts Shadow Ink Forever Green
Derwent Watersoluble colored pencils (no water added)
Simple Stories Summer Fresh 6x6 paper pad
Spellbinders oval and scalloped oval dies.

This project will be entered in the following challenge(s):

This is a lovely and versatile card. I know what you mean about leaving the sentiment of certain cards. I do it too as you never know what purpose the card will be sent for!

Great card, Heidi.

Gorgeous card! I never thought to leave my sentiment off of the cards and go back later to stamp for whatever occasion. I always feel like if I don't stamp the sentiment when I'm making the card, I might mess up the sentiment later like stamping it crooked or accidentally got ink on a completed card. What do you do with that kind of problem? Also, I feel like once I complete a card, I don't want to go back and fuss with it. I just want to be done and move on to a new project. But I completely understand. Sorry for my lengthy comment. :)

That is a good point! I think I add the sentiment inside (often on a separate sheet of cardstock that I would mat and then add inside to prevent mess-ups) or I can add the sentiment on a little flag to the outside of the card. I mess up sentiments a lot even when I do add them right away, so I have a lot of experience with fixes, lol. Thanks for your comment.
