Bees with Shimmer

Hello and happy Friday!  I am looking forward to a weekend that is not quite as hot as it has been.  We hope to visit a park and do some easy hiking.

I had so much fun making the card I am sharing today!  I used a little bit of shimmer.

I stamped the honeycomb with Versafine black pigment ink and then used Shimmer embossing powder.  You can see the shine in just the right light.

I also colored the bees with water-based markers, and then added a touch of Sakura Stardust gel pen to the wings.  They look super sweet!

Supplies: Our Daily Bread Designs Honeycomb mini and Home Sweet Home stamps, Butterfly and Bugs stamp and die set, Versafine Onyx Black, Recollections Sparkle embossing powder, My Mind's Eye Follow Your Heart - Be Amazing paper pad, EK Success corner punch

I would love to participate in the following challenge:
Thanks so much for stopping by! I am so appreciative of your visit and your kind comments.

very cute, I didn't know they had shimmer embossing powder, I will have to check that out, like your decorative corners and papers too!
