Springtime Happy Wishes Card

Get out your patterned paper - it’s time for the new March Challenge at CraftyHazelnut’s Patterned Paper challenge.  I got out what may be my oldest patterned paper pack - DCWV Citrus Stack!  Remember them, they were glittered.  I still enjoy these pretty colors!

I used an old sketch from Cardabilities.

Supplies: Power Poppy Simply Camellias stamp set, Memento black ink, Spectrum Noir and Copic alcohol markers, DCWV Citrus stack, Fiskars Scalloped Edge punch.

Thanks for stopping by!  I wonder if you remember what your oldest patterned paper pack is? Do you still have it?

You can find me on facebook or pinterest, too.

Hi Heidi, a beautiful card, love the bright colours you have used and the pretty patterns. I think my first paper pad was a DCWV and it has various pages with added bling, it is a Christmas one... have a wonderful weekend... Megan

This card is absolutely gorgeous. I so love the way you coloured your image. The dp you used in the banners coordinate perfectly with your flower.

Love how you've used the colourful and pretty papers on your gorgeous card. I am not a lover of paper packs but do occasionally buy some and then don't use it! x

Such pretty spring time papers, I don't have that set, so it looks new to me :) The flower looks great with the banners and I so love the style of that sentiment!

My oldest DP pad is an 8 1/2 x 11 Nature themed pad. There are forest, valley, sky, rock, sand, etc. I did not realize that paper came in other sizes as I had never made a card nor had I scrapbooked yet!

Your card looks great. You have given me a great idea for a flower I hace fussy cut yet not made up into a card yet!
